He was one of a few local auctioneers in Columbia County to run a full time auction business. In the early 70’s Kim started in the business as a runner, the experience I learned with my father over the next 20 years was a life changing experience. In 1979 I went to Reppert School for Auctioneering in Decatur Indiana. In 1980 I became a licensed Pennsylvania Auctioneer. I have been a member of the Pennsylvania Auctioneers Association and the local North East chapter of auctioneers since the early 80’s.<\/p>\n 1991 I started Kim’s Auction Service. Over the years I have held many offices in our local chapter of auctioneers. President, Vise President, Secretary & Treasure.<\/p>\n As a member of the Pennsylvania State Auctioneers I have held the following positions Director, Vise President, and President elect. In 2017 I will hold the office of President of the Pennsylvania Auctioneers Association. Over the last 30+ years Kim has sold everything from Cows, Antiques, Collectibles, Land, Real Estate, Farm Machinery , Household, over stock inventory & Businesses. In 2012 Dennis and I received are appraisers certificate from the American Guild Appraisers Association.
